In the sector of racing sports and automotives we produce individual, customized composite parts for the race track as well as for road use. Among other we offer parts fitting for BMW, Aston Martin and De Tomaso.
One of our core competence is the production and development of airboxes and air intake tracts. Having been concentrated on BMW engines only, we are going to launch new products continuously. Next to our serial production, specifications and special modifications are our daily business.
Our bodyparts are generally the result of an intensive cooperation with racing teams of long distance cups. Through permanent enhancement, flexibility and steadiness, we are always walking on the fine line between reduction of weight and resistance. Systematic examination of requirements, tolerances and individual demands of every single team and tracking car turns out to be a challenge which makes our work as unique as divers.
Our elements are manufactured by using both the sandwich and the solid method that we realise by dint of vacuum injection, vacuum bag and hand laminate technology. Providing a wide range of materials we are able to oblige every customer request individually and yield many years of experience.
Often it is all in the mix - therefore we work with textiles and textures made of glass, carbon as well as aramid fiber and blended fabrics.
